Problems associated with wet cleaning methods are not found in this system because the product remains dry. Because this product is not liquid in nature, a long drying time is not required. This allows the immediate use of the carpet. Carpet may be walked on even during the cleaning process with no adverse effects. The active ingredients in this mixture emulsify and hold soils and may be removed by vacuuming when dry.

  How To Use

  Vacuum and pile lift carpet thoroughly or sweep flooring before applying Control cleaner. The more carpet vacuuming you do, the better the results.

  Apply Control cleaner to the floor, about one handful size for each square yard (3′ x 3′). Do not apply more than 100 to 200 square feet at a time or the Control cleaner could dry out and not clean as well.

  Work Control into the soiled area using the suitable equipment or brush, using brushing strokes in a north and south, east and west and then north and south direction. This brushing action distributes the micro-sponges and brings them in contact with the dirty surfaces of what you are cleaning.

  Remove damp or dry Control from carpet or hard surface with CarpetShark or conventional vacuum. NOTE: If an area requires more cleaning, repeat steps 2 and 3 or consider pre-treating using a mist of Hits Different. Then apply more Control and clean as before.
