SH-109504 LVT Singularis Deep Scrub 1 Gallon

LVT Singularis is designed for regular heavy duty cleaning of LVT flooring and before applying LVT Et Cetera. It contains powerful surfactants that lift and remove dirt, grease and other soils without leaving a dulling film. Ideal for deep cleaning because the mild pH assures that the layers of the LVT are not dulled or damaged. LVT Singularis can be used for scrubbing and recoating of LVT Et Cetera as well.

This product is designed to be used as an interim floor cleaner and degreaser when diluted at 2 ounces per gallon. When diluted 4-8 ounces it is strong enough to be used in a “scrub and re-coat” process. This unique formula will remove the greases and soils before re-coating.

For Interim Cleaning & Maintenance: Dilute 2 ounces per gallon of water. Scrub with mop or autoscrubber to remove spots and spills, picking up solution as you clean. If mop cleaning heavy soil, rinse as necessary and change cleaning solution frequently. Allow to dry.
For Scrubbing & Re-coating: Dust mop floor. Dilute 4-8 ounces per gallon of water. Scrub with blue pad and automatic or single disk machine. Pick up cleaning solution with scrubber or wet vac. Damp mop any residues with clear water. Allow floor to dry. When floor is dry, add preferred number of coats of floor finish.
